Cristian Castro and Valeria Liberman will come face to face in family court in Miami, FL to find out who gets what in a nasty divorce that has only escalated in drama over the past couple of weeks.       According to official spokespersons of the court, the meeting will last three hours and will be chaired by judge Gerald Bagley, who's been in charge of this case since the beginning.

At the center of this dispute is the fortune obtained by the Mexican singer during his career, which includes intellectual property of his songs and a house worth $2.3 million located in a residential area of Coral Gables, in which the couple lived.

The 33-year-old singer's lawyers have demanded to see his ex's accounts dating back to 2004, and have also asked that assets and debts accumulated from the marriage be accounted for.

On her part, Liberman, 33, is asking for alimony along with reimbursement of her legal fees since she is currently unemployed. She is also asking for sole custody of her children Simone, 3, and Mikhail Zaratrusta, 6 months, while the singer is asking for joint custody. Currently, Castro has limited and supervised visitation rights.
