![]() Héctor El Father GETTY IMAGES After giving a private concert in the Puerto Rican city, the 26-year-old artist and his companions headed to a gas station, where – according to testimony against El Father – an altercation ensued after he refused to sign an autograph for female fan Elizabeth Vásquez. When the fan’s husband Ismael Acevedo and the musician’s companions began to butt heads about the situation, El Father allegedly ordered his guys to start shooting. Nonetheless, yesterday the judge was unable to pinpoint a reason to charge the singer and his brother with attempted murder or gun law violations. The decision infuriated Acevedo, who insisted that he was gunned down that night. Acevedo became so hostile in the courtroom that he had to be restrained, and his wife was forced to leave the courtroom. The remaining companions from that night – Llobeth Quiñones, Esteban Vargas, Johan Ojeda and Christian Ayala – will have to attend a hearing April 8. |
