Salma Hayek And Fiancé Buy $20 Million Mansion

      Actress Salma Hayek and her fiancé, French millionaire François-Henri Pinault, bought a mansion worth more than $20 million in the exclusive Bel Air area of Los Angeles.

      According to Access Hollywood (NBC), actor Kelsey Grammer, who starred in the popular TV series Frasier, sold the five-bedroom house, which was built in 1930, to the couple.

      The Mexican star, who is expecting her first child this Fall, will have Oscar-winning actors Renée Zellweger and Jack Nicholson as neighbors. Obviously, Hayek and her fiancé will remodel a room in their new home for their firstborn, according to the show.
