RBD's Maite breaks up with her boyfriend

Producer Pedro Damián confirmed the news for fans and the media during a trip to Spain

Everything seemed to good to be true for Maite Perroni. A starring role opposite William Levy in Cuidado con el ángel, success with her group, RBD, and a seemingly wonderful relationship with musical director Guido Laris. Nevertheless, things were not what they seemed, according to Pedro Damián who says the couple has decided to break up.

While in Spain, the producer made the following comment to fans and the press: "Maite and Guido are not together anymore," said Damián on the show Vía Rosa.

Rumor has it that the relationship went sour when the singer, 25, started acting in telenovelas, leaving her with less time to focus on her personal life. The singer has not issue a public statement about the break up.
