Calm and collected, but tired of all the lies, the actress
Susana Dosamantes once again denied rumors about her daughter, singer
Paulina Rubio. This time the rumor isn't about her marriage woes with husband
Nicolás Vallejo-Nágera, or about a possible pregnancy; but rather, an alleged abortion that the singer had.
“I had no idea you were gynocologists," said Dosamantes with a touch of irony, according to the Mexican daily
El Universal. "Do you have a lab or clinic around here? I had no idea. I heard about the 86 grandkids I have, but not this!”
For now Dosamantes will have to wait for grandkids, because Rubio seems busier than ever with her international pop star career.
But she will be playing the role of a grandmother soon in the Telemundo soap
El juramento (The Verdict), which is already airing in Mexico. "I'll be a grandmother twice over in the soap," said a smiling Dosamantes.
Asked if she was hurt after hearing false rumors about her daughter,
Dosamantes replied, "Lies don't affect me anymore. I became used to hearing a lot of lies."
