It’s proven that kids are more likely to try new foods, like different types of fruits and vegetables, when they have a hand in preparing meals. Take your kids with you to the grocery store and let them pick out various ingredients they’re interested in trying. During meal prep, assign them small tasks like rolling dough and mixing ingredients. When you involve them in the cooking process, they feel more invested and excited at meal time. Remember, make it fun!
