Salas doesn't understand what's happening to her cousin, Frida Sofía, who was hospitalized for an alleged drug overdose

Mexican singer Stephanie Salas said she was concerned about her cousin, Frida Sofía, the daughter of Alejandra Guzmán, after the 16-year-old was rushed to the emergency room in Mexico for an alleged drug and alcohol overdose

"They're my family. I love them, I adore them, I'm worried about them, and I care about them," said the 38-year-old to Televisa Espectáculos, who claims she has not spoken to her aunt nor her niece.

"In truth, I have no idea what's going on. I learned about the situation from the news, not personally," said the mother of Michelle Salas, who is also the alleged daughter of Luis Miguel.

Frida Sofía underwent medical treatment after a friend who she was partying with took her to the hospital when she passed out, supposedly from drugs and alcohol.
