Rocio Dúrcal's daughter and Dorio Ferreira said "I do" in an intimate ceremony in Mexico

Shaila Dúrcal wed her music manager Dorio Ferreira, during a romantic ceremony in Mexico. "It's been phenomenal, but between the nerves and making that big step, I got really emotional. Well, we've both been very emotional," the daughter of late singer Rocío Dúrcal told a Mexican magazine.

According to the 28-year-old singer, the memory of her mother – who died two years ago – stayed with her throughout the ceremony. "I thought a lot about my mother because she was talked about, and I cried." The ceremony was held at an elegant club in Acapulco, where a select group of guests showed up to support the bride the groom. Dúrcal wore a long dress designed by Rosa Clará, and later changed into a shorter strapless for the reception.

After being pronounced husband and wife, the pair took off to enjoy a brief honeymoon at a nearby beach, but had to get back shortly to resume work obligations. Before leaving the party, Dúrcal explained that for now, there are no plans to have a child. "I am still too young to think about kids, and on top of that I have to work," she said.
