Worried about being millionaires in Mexico City–because of the large number of kidnappings–, Christian Chávez and Maite Perroni assured that their bank accounts RBD didn't hold a million dollars yet. The rumors started on the internet site Vidadecelerbidad.com, according to Notimex.

According to the website, Christopher Uckermann has the least amount of money because he spends a lot. He's followed by Chávez, who allegedly owns an apartment worth half a million dollars. In fourth place is Poncho Herrera, who supposedly likes luxury cars. Perroni is the third richest, followed by Dulce María. Anahí head up the list, given her RBD earnings as well as the money she gets from commercial promotions and endorsements.

"This list worried me a lot. When I saw it in the paper, I said: "They're going to kidnap us or something, but the truth is that it's a lie," affirmed Chávez, 24, on the TV show La oreja (Televisa). "Don't think we're millionaires. We have a long way to go before we reach that point."

Perroni, 25, reiterated her concern "You can't believe everything you read. You have to respect people because in this country, there's a lot of concern about kidnapping, and these sites are putting us and our families in danger," said the singer/actress to Notimex.
