The actor's lawyer said Montero did not receive the necessary documentation in time to return to the U.S. from Mexico to go to court

The judge trying Pablo Montero's drug case was stood up by the actor in a hearing that would analyze his rehab process. The Mexican actor, 34 alleged that he could not attend because he was not able to return to the U.S. due to insufficient documentation.

Montero's lawyer Howard Srebnick, said the actor did not receive his permit in time to gain re-entty into the United States.

"Montero is a Mexican citizen, so he needs permission from the government to come to the U.S., and he didn't receive it in time. The judge announced that the actor would have to return for a tribunal on November 10 at 11:00 A.M.
