Pablo Montero Accused Of Theft

A photographer has accused the Mexican singer of allegedly damaging his photo equipment

Photographer José Domínguez has accused singer Pablo Montero of theft at the Public Ministry in Quintana Roo, México. According to Mexican news agency Notimex, Domínguez alleges that the 32-year old singer tore the flash off his camera, yanked his lens case and fled the scene in a truck.

Although it's not clear when this incident happened, the photographer stated that the dispute took place after he snapped a picture of Montero as he was leaving a bar, Cielo, accompanied by a woman. The singer, who according to the reporter was "drunk," became upset and began to pull the lens off his digital camera.

This isn't the singer's first encounter with authorities. In 2005, Oscar Daniel Hernández, Montero's real name, was arrested for allegedly attacking mariachis who refused to perform with him at a party.
