According to Puerto Rican newspaper El Nuevo Día, the legal document alleges that since June of this year, Reynoso has been telling the press that Yolandita Monge's husband is guilty of spreading the scandalous video via internet; the video shows the 28-year-old singer having sex with her ex-boyfriend, Puerto Rican rapper Yamil. Mamery is accusing Noelia's also manager as being the sole guilty party for the sex video's distribution on the internet.
The document also indicates that Reynoso attacked Mamery's integrity by saying that the vice president of the Puerto Rican radio conglomerate Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) sexually abused Noelia.
According to Mamery's attorney, John Porrata, the lawsuit wasn't just filed for economic motives, but also to hear the truth "come out of Noelia's lips and [her boyfriend's]."
Reports inform that two weeks ago, the Puerto Rican businessman handed over documents to the FBI pinpointing Reynoso's Los Angeles address as the beneficiary of the website www.noeliashop.com, a site that allowed users to see "Noelia on video naked and in action" for $4.99. The website was shut down last week.
