A Mexican magazine claims that the actress was accused of fraud and went six months without paying her rent

Apparently Michelle Vieth is having some financial woes, because a Mexican magazine has claimed that the actress, 28, and her husband Leandro Ampudia have been evicted from their luxury apartment.

According to sources, Ampudia was accused of fraud, and has gone six months without paying rent. He is also accused of writing bad checks for the building's gas and maintenance bills.

However, in the same magazine, Ampudia assured that he already payed the rent and he will prove it, and pay back any outstanding debt.
