The Queen of Pop doesn't let her kids watch TV or eat candy

When it comes to raising her kids, Madonna has a long list of rules. The pop star told the German press that she doesn't allow her kids – Lourdes, 11, Rocco, 7, and David, 2 – to watch television or eat candy.

The 49-year-old singer admitted to the German newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau: "I'm a tough mother''. The star, who is now promoting her new album, Hard Candy, also told the KulturSpiegel magazine that "children need limits, otherwise they go off the rails."

However, she said she doesn't censor the type of music her kids listen to because she trusts their good taste. The former Material Girl said she still considered herself a rebel and wanted her kids to inherit that attitude. "I don't think that it harms children if their parents are always questioning the society in which they live", she added to the Magazine. Go Madge!
