"Leo is doing really well," a spokesperson for Telemundo's TV show Todobebé, which will be hosted by Aracely starting in June, told our site. "The doctors say [the tumor] will not have any [negative] physical repercussions."
Leonardo had an emergency surgery last Thursday to extract a brain tumor, an angiomatous meningioma, at a hospital in Mexico City after experiencing various dizzy spells and fainting. Initially Leonardo, who is a surgeon, attributed his symptoms to exhaustion due to constant business travels or perhaps a virus.
The Arámbula family awaited the biopsy results at the hospital where Aracely celebrated Mother's Day along with Leonardo, his wife and two children, the spokesperson added. Leonardo, who is also Aracely's manager, is awaiting doctors' orders to be released from the hospital in order to celebrate the good news with his family and continue his recovery from home.
