Esaí Morales Denies He's A Sexual Abuser

The actor in the series NYPD Blue states that the charges of sexually abusing his ex girlfriend and infecting her with herpes are false

Esaí Morales, the actor, who has Puerto Rican roots, could no longer keep quiet in the light of his ex girlfriend's accusations. Elizabeth Mazzocchi complained that Mr. Morales intentionally infected her with a sexually transmitted disease. She also claims he was aggressive, abusive and didn't comply with an oral contract agreement.

"The charges against me are absolutely false and baseless. I am prepared to defend and protect my reputation vigorously," wrote the NYPD Blue actor on his Myspace.com site. Later, his publicist, Howard Bragman, confirmed the statements.

In the law suit filed by Mazzocchi in Los Angeles Superior Court, she states that the 44-year old actor never told her he had herpes, leaving her "with an incurable disease, with the consequent medical bills, pain and discomfort for the rest of her life." Plus, she reveals that she was a victim of constant abuse by Morales, including rape.
