Gaby Spanic's twin sister suffered a stroke

Venezuelan actress and model Daniela Spanic, the twin sister of actress Gaby Spanic, is in critical condition in a Mexico City Hospital after suffering a stroke and being placed in a medically induced coma.

Daniela, 33, was admitted to the hospital after complaining of a strong headache that lasted all weekend.Doctors performed surgery on her on sunday but the actress suffered a stroke during the procedure. Subsequently, she was placed in the drug induced coma, according to Gaby Spanic's PR agency.

The actress and model, who is 17 weeks pregnant, married entrepreneur Ademar Nahum a few months ago.
