The RBD singer wins a suit against Tax Administration Service of Mexico

Singer Anahí won her first battle against the Tax Administration Service of Mexico (SAT), which has been investigating her for various years now regarding tax fraud.

"SAT accused her of impeding the audit process, in which she allegedly made it difficult for them to look at her bank account information," said the newspaper Reforma.

SAT had asked in 2006 to audit four of her bank accounts: two of them in Banamex and the others in Scotiabank. Although she's won one of her cases, she still has another impending suit to overcome.
