A show reports that the couple is calling it quits after two years of marriage

Mexican show La oreja (Televisa) reports that actress Ana Patricia Rojo has signed papers in Querétaro, Mexico, to start to process of divorce from her husband Andrés Puentes Jr..

Although not many details are known about the split, the actress's rep, Montserrat Rivera, affirmed that everything ended on good terms and denied rumors that infidelity and domestic violence has wracked their marriage.

Rivera added that Rojo, 33, is deeply saddened, which is why she's taking a much-needed vacation. The actress will speak to the press about the situation next year.

The Destilando amor actress and the actor wed on Dec. 10, 2005, in a ceremony in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
